Marseille Saint-Charles Train Station – TER direction Cannes / Antibes / Marseille Saint-Charles Train Station – TER to Cannes / Antibes
VTC from train station: the airport is 30 minutes by VTC from the train station. Approx. 2h00 to Juan-les-Pins from the train station.
Arrival at Antibes train station – Options:
Option 1: 7 minutes by VTC or 30 minutes on foot to Mandara Beach.
Option 2: 2 minutes by TER to Juan-les-Pins, then 5 minutes by VTC or 15 minutes on foot to Mandara Beach.

Option 1:
VTC: 7-minute VTC ride from Antibes train station to Mandara Beach.
On foot: 30-minute walk to the residence.

Option 2:
Train TER: take a TER train to Juan-les-Pins train station (2-minute ride), then a VTC (5 minutes) or 15-minute walk to Mandara Beach.

Driving directions from Nice to Juan-les-Pins:
Departing from Nice: from Nice city center, take the Voie Pierre Mathis heading west.
A8 freeway: take the A8 freeway towards Cannes / Aix-en-Provence.
Exit 44 – Antibes: after approx. 15 km, take exit 44 for Antibes / Juan-les-Pins / Sophia Antipolis.
Route de Grasse (D35): after the toll booth, at the traffic circle, take the 2ᵉ exit onto the D35 (Route de Grasse) towards Juan-les-Pins.
Tolls: this route includes a toll of around €1.70.
Parking: private parking available by reservation only, subject to availability, at €15/day. Free street parking available.

From Marseille: take the A50 freeway heading east.
A8 freeway: after approx. 20 km, take the exit for the A52 towards Nice/Aix-en-Provence, then continue on the A8 (La Provençale) towards Nice.
Antibes exit: after 140 km, take exit 44 towards Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Sophia Antipolis.
Route de Grasse (D35): at the traffic circle after the toll booth, take the 4ᵉ exit onto the D35 (Route de Grasse) towards Juan-les-Pins.
Tolls: this route includes tolls, estimated at around €19.20.
Parking: private parking available by reservation only, subject to availability, at €15/day. Free street parking also available.

Exit Paris: take the A6 freeway towards Lyon.
Autoroute A7 (Autoroute du Soleil): from the A6, continue on the A7 past Lyon, towards Marseille.
Autoroute A8 (La Provençale): once near Marseille, join the A8 towards Nice.
Exit 44 – Antibes: on the A8, take exit 44 for Antibes / Juan-les-Pins / Sophia Antipolis.

Parking: available on site only by advance reservation and subject to availability. Rate: €15/day. Free street parking is also available.

Line A: runs between Antibes-les-Pins and the Valbonne Sophia Antipolis bus station, with stops near SKEMA. It runs from 5.40 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on weekdays, and until 10.10 p.m. at weekends.

Line B: connects Antibes-les-Pins to Saint-Philippe, via Juan-les-Pins and SKEMA. It runs every day from 6.25 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on weekdays, and until 6.45 p.m. at weekends.

Line 20: connects Vallauris to SKEMA, offering a convenient alternative for Mandara Beach residents.
